I have just sent another mail after looking at the milestone page of the doc. I am ok to release the 2.14 today. There is just 4 issues now and two are only small improvements. Two remaining issues are new feature but we can cherry pick later. I am not sure that translator will have time to finish the translation in the two next week.<br>
