<p>Sounds like a good response to me.</p>

<p>Much better than raising false expectations that only if you report a bug it will be somehow magically fixed by someone in a reasonable time, without the reporter having to do anything. Or a feature request implemented.</p>

<p>Is the idea to have this wording at our webpage and just point to this link if someone asks about an issue?</p>
