Firstly, thanks for approving the funding of QGIS Server refactoring
and improvements.<br>
<br>
The project "Remove QgsWXSProjectParser" that I have proposed to the
Grant included this points:<br>
* Finishing refactoring of GetPrint command<br>
* Finishing refactoring of GetLegendGraphics command<br>
* Refactoring of GetFeatureInfo<br>
* Refactoring of DXF output in the GetMap command<br>
<br>
But some has been already done:<br>
* Refactoring of DXF output in the GetMap command by 3liz<br>
* Finishing refactoring of GetLegendGraphics command by Oslandia<br>
<br>
I propose the 3k € reserved for 3Liz will be used to:<br>
* finish the project "Remove QgsWXSProjectParser"<br>
* Refactoring of GetFeatureInfo<br>
* Finishing refactoring of GetPrint command<br>
Do the PSC and the others QGIS Server devs agree with this
proposition ?<br>

As you may have noticed, we put up a Loomio vote for the
funding of QGIS server refactoring and improvements. The

The funding is a total of 13k €. 3k is reserved for 3Liz for
the project "Remove QgsWXSProjectParser".<br>

The other 10k are available to fulfill the following goals, as
stated in the Loomio vote:<br>
<ul>
<li>Finishing refactoring of GetPrint command</li>
<li>Finishing refactoring of GetLegendGraphics command</li>
<li>Refactoring of GetFeatureInfo</li>
<li>Refactoring of DXF output in the GetMap command</li>
<li>Ensure and Increase OGC compliance and performance</li>
</ul>
Can we let it up to you as a team (3Liz, Oslandia, Camptopcamp)
to distribute these 10k € funds according to availability and
suitability of your devs? Can you please inform us a bit what
your plans are - which dev will do what so that we are informed?<br>
