<p>Hi,</p>

<p>I am trying to publish the 3.8 visual changelog to our webiste. I downloaded the rst zip file from changelog, extracted it in the appropriate folder of my local repo and checked it in.</p>

<p>Now I get the following error from travis trying to build the website:</p>
