<p>Hi,</p>

<p>As you all have noticed, Jürgen had substantial additional work to do around packaging the new versions of proj6/gdal3, and offering still the old proj5/gdal2 in parallel for older QGIS versions (e.g. 3.4 LTR). In addition, he worked on Windows CI / Azure pipelines.</p>

<p>I propose to compensate him for 4 days /32h (€ 3200). We still have enough funds available for this.</p>

<p>@Paolo: should I open a new issues for this on Github and we would vote there?</p>
