<p>What Raymond suggest, sounds good to me.</p>
<p>I am not sure we really need a PSC meeting on this topic - what more can we discuss, what the local team didn't already consider? I suggest to trust the local organizing team to do the right thing. And seems like they discussed this issue already and we should be in good hands there.</p>
<p>Disclaimer: any government issued meeting cancellations or travel bans would of course be honoured.</p>

And as we are only a group of 50 people I cannot imagine they will. (Cause so many companies have over 50 employees.
