<p>Hi QGIS PSC,</p>
<p>Germán Carrillo is a long time active contributor to QGIS. He has
recently started to invest more into core development.</p>
<p>He asked me today to set some labels on a pull request he did. I
think he should be able to set labels on pull requests himself.
Can someone of the PSC grant these rights to Germán?</p>
