      <p>So we do have to decide, what I'm suggesting is to not only
        fill Richard's vacant seat, but to add one more person. As you
        say "We can define how many people we want to have on the PSC".
        For that we need a PSC decision and that is what I wanted to
        vote on.</p>

          We don't need to vote on this. The honorary PSC members are *
          in addition * to the regular PSC members. They don't have an
          obligation to take part actively at the PSC if they don't want
          to. As such, we don't count them as "regular" PSC member, but

            how many PSC members there should or need to be. Only the
            board (chair, vice-chair and treasurer) are listed as

            vote on it. To me it was always clear that we should replace
            Richard after he decided to resign.</div>
