<p>Thank you all for your input. I think it reads much better now
;-) and is a bit less indoctrinated.</p>
<p>On remote participation I added the following sentence:<br>
</p>
<p>Remote participation: For participants who cannot attend in
person it is encouraged to enable remote participation at the
contributor meetings through scheduled discussions and video
conferencing.<br>
</p>
<p>Please add/correct your thoughts.</p>
<p>Other than that I would like to send it to our voting members
tomorrow.</p>
