Now that I know how it works, it is actually an easy process and I will be able to do the payments in January the following years. Overall the reverse charge VAT payments totalled at 33k € for all 5 years, but one has to keep in mind that in exchange we didn't pay VAT in the countries where our developers live. Because Switzerland has lower VAT (currently 7.7%, previously 8%) rates, we actually saved a lot of money due to these reverse charge VAT mechanisms. Many other European countries have VAT rates at 14 to 20%.<br></div><div><br></div><div>If you have any questions, please let me know.</div><div><br></div><div>Once we get the "ok" from the two financial auditors, we can also start the AGM 2021 - but I'm afraid - that will be in the middle of July - summer holiday - not a good time.
