<p>Arg, testing again, I realize that the text "Your freshly backed
copy of QGIS is downloading.. QGIS is free of charges..." is not
translated in French.</p>
<p>French don't speak english as you all know. <br>

<p>This makes me wondering about the new QGIS website not being
translated. That would be a regression for this category of users.

<p>I wrote to this Jean-Marie to ask him his point of view. I'll

Hi,
I am getting more and more such messages of users having difficulties downloading QGIS. See forwarded email in french language.
And they always claim that one *has* to donate in order to download.
What can we do to improve the situation, that I don't get such messages almost every 2nd or 3rd day?
Something like a big fat, red message, saying that donations are optional and that the download is large and takes a long time?
and that people should properly consult the download manager in the browser?

Bonjour
le 23 novembre 2023 J'ai voulu télécharger QGIS et je n'y suis pas arrivé
Peut être que je n'ai pas suivi la bonne procédure.
J'ai essayé deux fois et a chaque fois cela m'a demander une participation. J'ai donc deux reçu de QGIS.ORG 1355-3271 et 1268-9155 en date du 23 novembre 2023 de 10 € chacun Mais je n'ai pas le logiciel
Y a t-il une procédure qui pourrait m'aider ? ou un autre moyen plus approprié?
Est-il possible de me reversé la valeur d'un reçu?
J'ai essayé également le téléphone mais je ne comprend pas le message qui parait être en allemand. Désolé mais je ne parle et comprend que le français
