    <p>At the recent PSC meeting, we talked about how the reworked QEP
      process will affect the grant programme process, since we also use
      the QEP repo for the grant proposals. <br>
    </p>
    <p>We have decided, that we will continue to use the issues in the
      QEP repo to manage the grant programme. (We've considered opening
      a separate, dedicated repository, but that seems overkill). <br>
    </p>
    <p>Since I use these issues to keep track of which grant projects
      have already been finalized (i.e. merged and final reports
      received), I would ask you to reopen the following issue: <br>
