In support of GDAL's 3.10.2 release having the name "Gulf of Mexico",<br>
I would like to propose that the release name of the upcoming 3.42<br>
version is changed to "Denali" (with a splash screen of Mt Denali with<br>
its correct name!).<br>

The motivation behind this is to protest against the political<br>
situation in the United States, and how the policies of this current<br>
US government are directly harming our community, users, and all<br>
future generations who would like to share and enjoy this planet.<br>
