          current actions and behavior of a certain administration.</div>

        <div>But I would refrain from making political statements with
          QGIS. It will lead to more and more discussion on what should
          be supported and what not - and who knows, certain statements
          might create trouble for certain users in certain regions or
          situations.</div>
        <div>After publishing the "QGIS for peace" newsfeed at the
          beginning of the Ukraine war, we got requests to make similar
          statements in other disputes or conflicts - and we denied
          those - for good reasons.</div>

          I would like to propose that the release name of the upcoming

          version is changed to "Denali" (with a splash screen of Mt

          The motivation behind this is to protest against the political<br>
          situation in the United States, and how the policies of this
          current<br>
          US government are directly harming our community, users, and
          all<br>
          future generations who would like to share and enjoy this
          planet.<br>
