If the latter, then we need to vote. If the former we can skip the voting.</div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-size:small"><br></div><div class="gmail_default" style="font-size:small">From the budget point of view we can afford to accept them all, because it is already clear that some budget items won't use all planned funds.
