Eu penso que não. Para esse efeito as ferramentas a usar são as "Catchment
Area (...)". Se bem me lembro, são ferramentas BASTANTE mais potentes que o
flow accumulation do ArcGIS.

Creio que a slope lenght devolve a "hipotenusa" do plano inclinado
(declive) - http://www.proprofs.com/flashcards/upload/a5617929.png Mas não
tenho certeza absoluta e neste momento não consigo confirmar.

Sim, r.watershed foi a ferramenta que já usei várias vezes para esse
efeito.
