[QGIS-pt] QGIS Server 2.8 a funcionar em Windows 7 ou 8.1?

Boa tarde, 

Alguém já conseguiu meter o QGIS Server 2.8 a funcionar em Windows 7 ou 8.1? 

Com a versão 2.6.1 não tive problemas. 

Agora com: 
http://localhost:9090/qgis/qgis_mapserv.fcgi.exe?SERVICE=WMS&VERSION=1.3.0&REQUEST=GetCapabilities

Estou a ter o seguinte erro: 
Internal Server Error 
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable
to complete your request. 
Please contact the server administrator, admin  local.domain and inform them
of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may
have caused the error. 
More information about this error may be available in the server error log. 

No log do Apache:
