Bom dia a todos,

Estão disponíveis actualizações para as duas versões estáveis do QGIS
(2.8LTS Wien e 2.12 Lyon). Tratam-se de lançamentos já previstos para
correcção de bugs.

A versão 2.8.4LTS corrige um total de 81 erros face à versão 2.8.3:

Subject: [Qgis-user] Announcing QGIS point releases 2.8.4 and 2.12.1
To: <qgis-user lists.osgeo.org>, <qgis-developer lists.osgeo.org>

QGIS is a user friendly Open Source Geographic Information System
that runs on Linux, Unix, Mac OSX, and Windows.

We are very pleased to announce the point releases of QGIS 2.8.4 'Wien' and
QGIS 2.12.1 'Lyon'. Wien is German for 'Vienna' - host city to our
developer
meet up in November 2009 and again in March 2014. Lyon was the host city to
our developer meet up in April 2012.

These are the first point releases that - like our other releases - follow a
fixed schedule (see
http://www.qgis.org/en/site/getinvolved/development/index.html#release-schedule
).

As point releases both don't contain new features:

QGIS 2.8.4 contains 81 changes to fix bugs (see
https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/compare/final-2_8_3...final-2_8_4 for a full
list).

QGIS 2.12.1 contains 66 changes to fix bugs (see
https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/compare/final-2_12_0...final-2_12_1 for a full
list).

Even when only fixes are added to software they introduce the possibility of
new bugs - if you encounter any problems with this release, please file a
ticket on the QGIS Bug Tracker (http://hub.qgis.org/). Please consult the
existing and closed issues there before filing any new ones.

The source code and binaries for Windows, Debian and Ubuntu are already
available via the large download link on our home page (http://qgis.org/).
More packages will follow as soon as the package maintainers finish their
work.
Please revisit the page if your platform is not available yet.
