[Qgis-release-team] Fwd: Release team responsibilities - first details

Hi Agustin

Looking at the qgis-release-team list 'normal' name it looks like I
messed up something in the mailman list admin configs - Ill try to fix
that....

Yes we usually put up an agenda on the wiki before having QGIS
meetings. I've put one online here:

This is how we hold our QGIS developer and PSC meetings. The meetings
are held in a seaparate channel dedicated for the meeting so there is
little 'noise'. It works well for us and Gary normally sets up a bot
to record a log of the meeting for later reference too. If you have
specific reservations let me know otherwise I prefer to continue with
the normal (QGIS wise) way of doing things meeting wise.

Theres not much more to it that what you have already done. Simply be
in the QGIS channel a few minutes before the meeting time  and we will
invite you over to the meeting channel. From there we simly start
working our way through the agenda points, discussing what needs to be
discussed etc.

I will finalise the meeting time tomorrow - just want to hear from
Maning still what time is convenient for him.
