[Qgis-release-team] 0.10.0 manual

Hi Maning

You will need to liase with Otto and the community team on this. That  
page was probably not a good example for me to give you the other day  
in the meeting because the community team will probably update it as  
they have new docs ready. That said it would be good to clarify with  
Otto & co if they will be updating it or we should be.
