[Qgis-tr] String update request due to Sextante renaming

Hi Paolo!

The strings are already updated..

Either you send the .ts to me - or you just overwrite the already
existing ts file and commit (or make a pull request) ..

If you send it to me I'll update the stings anyway before every commit..

If you want to do it yourself just overwrite the existing one with yours
and do a

/scripts/update_ts_files.sh it

in your case .. and commit afterwards ..

It's more or less automated nowadays :)
