[Qgis-tr] Future of QGIS Translation!

Dear Translators!

As 2.6 is out now (another successful release) I want to remind you
all that from now on the DEFAULT way of translating the Desktop GUI is
also switched to transifex. I am confident that will avoid future
problems on not updated languages.
For those among you that are not familiar with transifex (yet) and
want to stick to translating with Linguist or any other GUI based
translation toolkit transifex also provides the functionality of
downloading the *.ts file (which helps you in translating with your
favourite tool) and upload it again afterwards through the same
functionality.

But before you switch to transifex right now please inform me and give
me the chance of updating and providing you with the latest
translation from the master tree. (Up to now I only updated on
transifex on demand when people wanted to switch and I'd like to keep
it like that and keep track of whats going on).

In the meantime I will try to compare languages and also update the
"orphaned languages" on transifex to make it easier for newcomers to
start translating right away.

For those developers updating directly in the source tree I kindly ask
to make pull requests with the language and assign them to me so that
I can also update transifex after pulling in the request.

If there are any "problems" with the translation" for e.g. missing
names in the about box, missing translations, missing languages, not
updated languages in source tree, not updated on transifex ......
please just drop me a note as soon as possible and I will try to solve
the problem.
With 55 languages (and at least 40 of them very active) I cannot keep
track of whats happening in every single language any more.

And a last wish from me: Please use the "freeze" time before a release
also for testing and looking into translations if everything is as you
wish. Testing phase is for every aspect - not only functionality!

Thanks a lot for all your efforts
(and sorry if something in the "transition time" from source to
transifex happened to your language.)

kind regards
Werner
