[Qgis-tr] plural forms in Transifex problem

I have been trying to convince them that there is a problem for few
months already. So far - without success.
As far as I have observed, they just are messing up labels for plural
forms (at least for Latvian language). Workflow "download TS" ->
"translate in Linguist" -> "upload TS" seems to work fine. So far we
haven't had any web-based contributors thus Latvian TS file is OK.
