[Qgis-tr] QGIS Transifex new release ahead

Dear Translators (and Translation Team Leaders),

As you can see on www.qgis.org we are in front of another feature freeze.
Feature Freeze usually means that there will be less string changes
and it will be time to start again with a round of ne "transifexing"
;).
So please take a look if there is anything you can do for the
translation to your language. Thanks a lot!

I also want to remind the language team leaders that there are
currently pending volunteers on transifex which should be either
accepted or denied. If you could please take a short lookk into
transifex to clarify the current situation.

As always thanks a lot to all translators and team leaders out there
for the great work you are all doing!
