[Qgis-tr] Resignation

Hi all,

after years of coordinating QGIS Desktop translation into Ukrainian I'm
stepping down as QGIS Desktop Ukrainian translation coordinator. My time
and resources are very limited and does not allow me to work on the QGIS
Desktop localization at the required pace and volume. However, I will
continue my work as language coordinator on other QGIS projects.

Svitlana Shulik (shulik at it-transit.com.ua) will take the lead on
coordinating Ukraininan localization of the QGIS Desktop project and
I'm sure she will do a good job. For couple of month we will be working
together to make roles transition smooth.
