[Qgis-tr] QGIS 3.8 Desktop resource avaliable for translation in Transifex

 ciao,
a few days ago the QGIS 3.8 desktop resource has been unlocked and it is
possible to make changes [1].
is this a mistake?
I believe that, for greater clarity of the available resources, it is
advisable to leave only DEV, LTR and Stable in transifex.
