There have been discussions about the release-cycle of QGIS<br>
Here are the necessary facts for translators:<br>

We will stick closely to master -> meaning that there is no need to<br>
look after 1.7.x 1.8.x ... and all those other different branches..<br>
<br>
- From now on just try to stick as closely as possible to the master<br>
branch. Try to keep up with the changes .. request a string update as<br>
soon as you think you have a need for it.<br>
<br>
We'll sort out a lot of things and probably 1.8 will look like a lot<br>
different than we assumed it to have half a year ago when the branch<br>
was branched out of master ..<br>
<br>
I hope is in our all interest to ease life as much as possible .. and<br>
only have to stick to master would ease that a lot (also for me).<br>
<br>
<br>
The second part I would like to ask .. If you will have a closer look<br>
to master there is a new Translators dialog in the Help -> About Box ..<br>
<br>
I would like to make the name of each Translation Teamleader clickable<br>
to directly get in contact with the Teamleader. That I think would<br>
open the way for directly reporting typos and other things in QGIS to<br>
get fixed in translations.<br>
Do you all think it will be a good idea or are you thinking that would<br>
not change a lot?<br>
And - very important .. are you all ok with it to have your email<br>
inside the About box?<br>
