I pulled translations yesterday. These are still being build with 3.10: <a href="https://docs.qgis.org/3.10/fr/docs/index.html" rel="noreferrer" target="_blank">https://docs.qgis.org/3.10/fr/docs/index.html</a><br>

3.16 is now build, but only in english. We are looking into some issues, but probably next week the transifex resources will be filled with the 3.16 sources and then we start building 3.16 multi language..<br>
