 After installing QGIS v1.0.2.0 on two different Windows computers, the
 help PDF file included with the download links to a help PDF file for
 version 0.9.1.

 I had to manually download the current help PDF file.
 Before copying the v1.0.0 help PDF file to the \doc folder, I renamed the
 existing help PDF file from "userguide.pdf" to "userguide-0-9-1.pdf" just
 in case the process failed. I then copied the v1.0.0 help PDF file to the
 \doc folder.
 That worked!
