 Hi!

 I attached here the example. But look, as I said (maybe not in a very
 clear way) after all could have no problem at all. Two identical layers
 that just differ for towgs parameters do align (regardless if the project
 projection is geographical or projected) depending of the ellipsoid
 defined in the project crs. This could make sense, but again I'm not very
 deep yet with projection matters.

 If this results ok, I guess that also #1079 can be closed.
