Comment:

 If You compile anything against GRASS 6.4 or newer it will NOT run with
 pre-6.4 GRASS libs. Remove pre-6.4 GRASS from LD_LIBRARY_PATH OR remove
 GRASS 6.3.x completely from Your system.

 Closing as it's not a QGIS bug.
