 Items duplicated when saving/loading from templates.[[BR]]

 To reproduce:
 1. Create map with map, legend and scalebar items.
 2. Customise.
 3. Save as template.
 4. Load from template.
 5. Save as template.
 6. Load from template.[[BR]]

 Result: On the second reload (step 6), all items (map, legend, scalebar)
 are duplicated. The size of the second template on disk (step 5)is about
 three times that of the first (step 3).
