 The patch provides the possibility to mark only the first or the last
 vertex of line in the NG-Symbology. (It may render the line decoration
 obsolete).

 It also fixes a small glitch, in the "mark every vertex" option: Markers
 with a given angle didn't remember this angle on the line, only the
 rotation from the line was used.
