 Hello,

 Just a nit but I thought worth pointing out. There is a small
 inconsistency which may confuse some people with respect to the separator
 between the ISO language and country code. To launch qgis with Brazilian
 Portuguese, you says...

 qgis --lang=pt_BR

 Unfortunately, the translation page on the
 wiki(http://www.qgis.org/wiki/GUI_Translation_Progress) uses a dash
 instead of an underscore. The wiki uses pt-BR which will not work as a
 command line argument.
