 Right now if you load a layer and change the project's projection to
 something else the layer dissapears as the view extent stays the same
 after reprojection.

 It would be more user friendly if extent of the current view would also
 get reprojected and there will be zoomed to after reprojection is
 finished.

 This way the user will not "loose" a layer.
