 If I try to get GRASS to import a PostGIS DB, the result is this error:
 '''DBMI-DBF driver error:'''

 Yes, that's right, there is no error condition specified.

 If I take the exact same command and run it directly in GRASS 6.4.1 RC1
 (installed separately), I get this error:
 '''Cannot connect to Postgres: fe_sendauth: no password
 supplied'''

 I cannot remember how I did it now, but I had at least one other GRASS
 command have an error without any error details. It appears the build of
 GRASS may be missing the logic or strings to produce error details.
