converted to shape file);</p>

natural breaks, 8 classes, link class boundaries, simple circle markers</p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:0.0001pt;line-height:normal">The circles are sized with the lowest values as the largest circles, if
that matters.</p>
