Hi all. Nice to see this thread, and to hear from other QGIS educators and teachers in the Southeast.

<div>Just to introduce myself to you all, I am Scott Madry of the Univ. of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and I am a long time GIS and remote sensing applications person and have given quite a few QGIS/GRASS short courses both here locally and internationally.
I offer a QGIS-based short course class each year at UNC and would love to be more in touch with other open source educators and users in the area.</div>
