[Qgis-user] compile QGIS on windows

Hi Pascal
Currently we compile QGIS for windows using the mingw cross compiler
in a chroot jail under linux.
The chroot can be downloaded from:
http://gisalaska.com/torrents/mingw_chroot.tar.bz2
