[Qgis-user] GPS plug in

Hi

As far as I know it will look in the normal PATH. Just make sure your  
PATH includes the dir where gpsbabel lives. If you are running Linux  
and you installed gpsbabel from package, this should be automatically  
available.

There is an option to set this in the user level settings file, but I  
dont see anywhere in the gui that lets you configure that. However  
generally you shouldnt need to do that anyway.
