[Qgis-user] Invalid ellipsoid message

I am having a problem with qgis1.0.0.  I am getting a message "Invalid  
ellipsoid modif_airy in file.  The curious part is.  I have 20 other  
tiles imported from GRASS to qgis with the same ellipsoid.  This is  
the last tile.  I'd put the DTM maps in weeks ago.  I have been  
importing water features (coast, lake, river, stream, etc.)  This is  
the last tile.  I imported the coastline.  I went to import the lake  
and I get the above message. The file is 1.1 MB.  Is that pushing the  
outer limits of qgis's tolerances?

After I get the message, qgis unexpectedly quits (I am on OS X 10.5.5.)
