In fact lacked libxex-dev!
Now when I try to start qgis gives me the following error:

sam at debian:~/apps/bin$ ./qgis
qgis: /home/sam/dev/cpp/qgis/src/app/qgisapp.cpp:1192: void
QgisApp::createStatusBar(): Asserzione `!myProjPixmap.isNull()' fallita.
Abortito

Why?
