[Qgis-user] QGIS segfaulting

Hi..

I have just installed OpenSuse v11, 64 bit on dual core Athlon, and installed QGIS/PostGIS etc from the repository at 

http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/Application:/Geo/openSUSE_11.0/x86_64/



QGIS starts fine, but trying to open any layer (raster/vector/PostGIS or WS), or change settings results in an instant segfault. Just clicking the icon on the tool bar does it. 

I figure it may be a quirk of the repository, or OpenSuse v11, but figured I'd ask here before pestering the packager. I had a quick look, but can't see anything on the list archives about this.

I've applied all updates, and superficially at least, the computer seems otherwise stable.

Any advice/suggestions?
