[Qgis-user] Why no proper QGis Windows installer yet?

this might help some of you:

at the windows version download spot for qgis on the qgis.org website there
is now a link (posted a few days ago) to a 'how-to' page explaining how and
what to install from the osgeo installer.

It helped me.
