[Qgis-user] difficulty changing map projection

hello

I have difficulty changing map projection from lamber conical to geographic ?

how can I do that ?

here is the original map's metada:

name: Lambert Conformal Conic
proj: lcc
datum: wgs84
ellps: wgs84
lat_1: 40.66666666666666
lat_2: 43.33333333333334
lat_0: 0
lon_0: 34
x_0: 1000000
y_0: 0
no_defs: defined

I tried with ogr2ogr :

ogr2ogr -t_srs '+proj=longlat +ellps=WGS84 +datum=WGS84 +no_defs'
-s_srs '+proj=lcc +lat_1=40.66666666 +lat_2=43.333333333 +lat_0=0
lon_0=34 +x_0=1000000 +y_0=0 +datum=wgs84 +units=meter'
geohidro_cizgi_adf94.shp hidro_cizgi_adf.shp
