[Qgis-user] about release announcement translations

translations of the announcement below can be done here:
All community related stuff is already migrated to the new wiki at
Werner just told me, that for future releases we will try to write a more
general release announcement that only has to be translated once and then just
needs small modifications. Thanks Werner for managing / taking care of that
