[Qgis-user] Announcing the release of QGIS 1.3 'Mimas'

Tim,

The link to the Win32 version provided on the web site for 'Mimas' is
incorrect.
It points to http://download.osgeo.org/qgis/win32/QGIS-1.3.0-2-Setup.exe
which does not exist!
It should be replaced with:
http://download.osgeo.org/qgis/win32/QGIS-1.3.0-2-No-GrassSetup.exe
