Under Ubuntu Jaunty 64-bit, QGIS 1.4.0-trunk, revision 11691 I get the
following message when trying to install Image Cutter:

The plugin is broken. Python said:
Bad magic number
in /home/nik/.qgis//python/plugins/image_cutter/resources.pyc
