I think everybody is interested in mobile GIS client.

Why do you software that you want us to test. I think if you are start
mobile GIS based on qgis code, Meego and Android x86 are the best
platform to implement it.

PhoneGap is also good for cross platform development (iphone, ipad,
android, meego, webos, etc).
