[Qgis-user] Consultancy to integrate QGIS as front-end GIS to PostgreSQL DBMS

Hi QGIS developers,

I would like to inform you that there is a consultancy available for QGIS 
developers to integrate QGIS as a front-end Gis with a Postgresql/PostGis 
DBMS. Please look at the website below for an ad titled ' Development of 
STDM (Intermediate version) Software'. This is being readvertised and the 
closing date is August 18, 2010. The task is to further develop the 
open-source STDM  Prototype software using open-source GIS like QGIS. The 
prototype was based on the Social Tenure Domain Model concept developed by 
the UN-HABITAT to manage land information for the informal and customary 
settlements.
